This Banana Muffin Recipe
Will Spark Your Brain.

A banana muffin recipe that will spark your brain and give you the vitamins needed to get you through the mornings peek hour. The memories of mouth-watering freshly baked breakfast muffins comes back to life when your baking.

This banana muffin has never been more fun to bake, and the best part is when they are straight out of the oven with a lashing of butter on them, this is the mouth watering experience that you get from a freshly baked muffin.

A banana muffin recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1medium mango
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 50g of soft butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup of milk
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 3 cups of plane flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

Method:

Turn the oven onto 180c or (350f gas mark-4).

Peal the mango and take the seed out, roughly chop it up with the bananas, in a bowl sift the flour, baking powder and soda. In another bowl add the butter, eggs, milk, sugar mix this up quite well till all combined.

Add your wet to your dry and mix quickly till just combined. Fill your greased muffin pan about three quarters to the top, bake for 20 minutes or when lightly touched they will spring back. This muffin recipe will make about 18 muffins.
