Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Simple Smoothie Recipe.

A fruit smoothie recipe that's a simple smoothie recipe. What you'll need is a base to work on, it could be orange juice, fruit nectar or any fruit base will do.

To get that extra tang we used some sherbet to taste, this will spark up any breakfast smoothie recipe or juice for breakfast.

Juicing oranges for breakfast keeps you stress free.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of orange juice
  • 1 cup of banana or mango (frozen)
  • 6 ice cubes
  • A teaspoon of honey room temp
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Method:

Place the juice and the frozen fruit in your blender along with the ice cubes, honey and cinnamon. Blend till all ingredients are a smooth texture, about 20-30 seconds.

When smooth pour into a chilled glass, if you are going to use sherbet add a teaspoon and give it a quick stir and garnish with what you have on hand.

Alternatives for a breakfast smoothie.

Banana strawberry with mango yoghurt works quite well along with honey and a pinch of cinnamon.

Mix and match any fruit and nut milks with tropical fruit to come up with the perfect smoothie for breakfast, it's a refreshing taste.
