This fruit smoothie recipe is the easiest that we have made. What you'll need is a base to work on which could be orange juice, fruit nectar any sort will do, fruit, either frozen or fresh depending on how thick you want it, and ice cubes. To get that extra tang we use some sherbet to taste, this will spark up any smoothie recipe or juice for breakfast.

Method:Place the juice your feeling like with any frozen fruit in the blender. Blend away till all ingredients are a smooth texture, about 20-30 seconds. Pour into a chilled glass with a teaspoon of sherbet, give a quick stir. Add a teaspoon of honey and a pinch of cinnamon, this works wonders on tropical fruits. If you are making smoothies for breakfast, banana and strawberry with mango yoghurt seem to work quite well along with the honey and a pinch of cinnamon. Add what you like in the line of fruit, mix n match fruit with tropical fruits, to come up with your creation, it's a good feeling to make your own, every now and then...
