Ham and Eggs.

This is a easy recipe for breakfast. It has always been tradition in my family to have a cooked breakfast on Christmas Day. Instead of the standard cooked bacon, we have cooked ham off the bone and fried eggs.
Just cut a few slices off the Christmas Ham. It depends on how many people you have. Cook in a fry pan for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Some people like their ham to be well cooked.
Cook eggs as you want whether they are scrambled, poached or fried. My family likes fried eggs.
Then serve.
The ham off the bone makes a nice alternative to bacon, plus you have used the Christmas Ham as another serving suggestion at breakfast time.
Enjoy...
