Mix n match fruit juice with......Ginger, cinnamon, sesame seeds, honey, dried cardamom seeds, mint, and wheat bran, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, by adding any one or two of these to any juice recipe. Method:Juicing mangos for the fibre:Peel and take the stone out of the mango, take the skin off the watermelon and the seeds out if you haven't got a seedless one, chop up the fruit into bite size pieces, put the mango, ginger, watermelon and grapes in the blender and blend away on low for 20-30 seconds. Wait till the fruit is smooth in texture, then add the mineral water slowly till the desired thickness you want. Increase the speed to medium for another 20-30 seconds. When done pour into a chilled glass and garnish with what you have spare. Juicing mangos for the vitamins:Peel the mango and take the seed out, pick the grapes of the vine, slice the watermelon up into small pieces, and cut the ginger up as well, no need to peel it. All pieces of fruit should fit in the neck of the juicing machine. Place it in the juicer and use the plunger to push the fruit down the neck as it juicers. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with what you have on hand, a magic tropical fruit recipe.
