Juicing oranges with pears for breakfast will increase our iron absorption, will lower our stress levels and it's an antioxidant. A breakfast juice recipe that has a twist to it, a very simple and delicious orange and pear juice guaranteed to help you de-stress. It will relax your inner-self, as long as your in a stress free environment to produce the best results. Juicing in a blender will be quite thick, you could strain the orange juice into another mug but, by doing that you will loose out on the precious fibre that the orange and pear have to nourish.

Methods:Using a Juicer for the vitamins:Cut the oranges, pears into small pieces, big enough to fit in the neck of the juicer. Place in the juicing machine a couple piece at a time to juice, use the plunger to push the fruit down the neck, add the ½ teaspoon of cardamom and a little of the mineral water if needed. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish the orange juice with what you have on hand. Using a Blender for the fibre:Peel the oranges but, keep the pith on as much as you can, deseed and cut into small pieces, do the same with the pears but, keep the skin on them.
Place into a blender or food processor, blend on low speed for 20-30 seconds then add the ground cardamom, increase the speed to high for another 30 seconds, or till smooth in texture. Add the mineral water a little at a time if the orange and pear is to thick for your liking. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with what you have spare, finish with a sprig of mint. This magic juicing recipe is very versatile, using pears with oranges in a fruit juice will regulate our bowels, and apparently, the pear will eliminate cholesterol from our body. Juicing oranges this way will retain the natural fibre that is in the fruit, it's all about the fibre that our body's need from the fruit pulp itself.
