This mango smoothie recipe will satisfy the cravings for a sweet tooth. Mango's have a distinct aroma about them, they have two thirds of vitamin A, and a quarter of your fibre needs. The Mangifera indica is long lived with some specimens known to be over 300 years old and still bare fruit. A ripe mango is generally sweet, although the taste varies from variety to variety.

Method:Chop the mango up into pieces and put it in the blender, pour the squeezed lemon juice in with 3 of the frozen yoghurt cubes, blend for thirty seconds and then stir the mix. Add another three cubes and do the same, then add the other two cubes and blend away for 30 seconds or till a smooth texture is formed. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with what you have around at the time. You have just made a mango smoothie with lemon crush, enjoy. Be careful with this edible fruit especially the skin and sap as it belongs to the same family as the poison ivy and can be very irritating to susceptible people.
