This plum smoothie recipe is the best there is for a breakfast smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 peach deseeded
  • 1 plum deseeded
  • 1 kiwi fruit peeled
  • 3 Tablespoons of Plane Yoghurt



Method:

Peel the fruit and chop them up into bit size pieces.

Don't worry about the skin on the peach or the plum, it's an add bonus.

Cut the fruit up into small chunks then place it in your blender.

Blend for 20-30 seconds on a medium speed. Increase the speed to hight for another 30 seconds or till a smooth in texture is formed.

Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with some of the fruit.
