Plum Smoothie Recipe
With Peach n Kiwi.

This plum smoothie recipe for breakfast is going to boost our spirits and energy levels with the help of peach and kiwi fruit. The Japanese use plums as Umiboshi, this will treat digestive disorders, the peach is great for those with high cholesterol and blood pressure problems.

The kiwi has more fibre then an apple and are rich in potassium, it's a good thing that we have ways to take vitamins normally rather then in tablet form.

A plum smoothie recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 peach
  • 1 plum
  • 1 kiwi fruit

Method:

Peel the fruit if you want to and chop them up into bit size pieces, you don't need to worry about the skin on the peach or the plum, this is an added bonus, it's good stuff.

Place the fruit in a blender and blend for 20-30 seconds on a low speed, increase the speed to medium for another 30 seconds till smooth in texture.

Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with some of the fruit, fruit smoothie recipe for breakfast will be a high energy fruit smoothie drink with the added peach and kiwi fruit.
