Tropical juice recipe.
This tropical juice recipe has everything you need in a breakfast juice. It has an excellent source of betacarotene, which the body will convert into vitamin A.
Which will make your hair brighter, clear your eyes and your skin will shine, this tropical juice recipe for breakfast will give you what is needed to spark the brain to get your body going in the morning, It's also a good skin protector.
Ingredients:
- 1 orange
- ½ a mango
- 1 slice of fresh pineapple
- 1 slice of watermelon about 2.5cm (1in)thick
- 1 slice of pawpaw about 2.5cm (1in)thick
- 5 fresh strawberries
- 1 small bottle of mineral
Methods:
Using a Juicer for the vitamins:
Remove the skin from the orange, pineapple, watermelon, pawpaw, half the mango and cross section the flesh, take the seeds out of all the fruit.
Cut all the tropical fruit in bit size pieces, big enough to fit in the neck of the juicer. Place in the juicing machine, use the plunger to push the fruit down the neck.
Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with what you have on hand.
This juicer recipe will be a treat in the hotter months, and it's a good juice to have after a heavy night out, it clears the head.
Using a Blender for the fibre:
Peel the fruit and take the seeds out and chop them up into small pieces, place all the fruit into a blender and blend away for thirty seconds.
Add the mineral water if needed a little at a time till the thickness you want, increase the speed to medium for another thirty seconds, till you have a good smooth texture.
When done pour into a chilled glass and garnish with anythink you like.
