This yoghurt smoothie recipe for breakfast is one of the most nutritious and versatile super foods. Method:Place the yoghurt, evaporated milk, honey and 3 of the frozen strawberries in your blender to blend for 10 to 20 seconds on medium speed. When the 20 seconds are up, stop the blender and stir the smoothie, then add the other 3 strawberries, and blend away for another 20 seconds then stop. Now, add the 3 frozen milk cubes and blend again, stopping and stirring until the cubes are thoroughly mix in and the texture is a smooth consistency. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with what you have, or pour into moulds with a stick in the middle then freeze for a great treat for the kids to have on a hot day, or just a breakfast snack.
